Event: Crosstown 21-23 May 2010 in Adelsdorf (Germany)

Be ready for a long week-end packed with adrenalin!

Cross Town is not to be missed by anyone interested in realistic self-defence. It is an annual event taking place over 3 days and gathering enthusiasts with or without previous experience (Krav Maga or other Martial Arts).

The event will be led by a team of top Israeli IKMF instructors with extensive experience in the field of Krav Maga self-defence.

Participants will learn how to react tactically and technically in set-ups which simulate real life environments such as building stairways, corridors, public transport, public facilities such as bar, indoor pool, nightclub.

And if that wasn't enough, participants will not only be faced with single attacker scenarios but also multiple attackers as well as armed ones. The seminar will also cover 3rd party self-defence. And as an option, they will be able to go to a shooting range.

Participants must be 18 and over.
No previous experience in martial arts required.
